Interesting Book
#1
I recently attended a lecture here in Portland by Michael Backes, an author and medical cannabis patient. The book is called "Cannabis Pharmacy" and I found it well-organized, with reasonably current and substantial information. I liked that he used primarily evidence based research and avoided looking at cannabis as some magic cure-all for everything. It's many good things, but not a magic cure-all. He went into some interesting history on how prohibition has altered the plant's profile. I find it a good reference book and one of the few non e-books I have bought in recent years!
